Privacy Policy

     1.    This Privacy Policy defines principles of gathering, processing and using personal data obtained by website www.autogate.eu (hereinafter referred as “the Website”).
     2.    The Website is owned by Grzegorz Wendołowski who runs economic activity under name AKOM Grzegorz Wendołowski seated in Kowal, Polska (87-820), ul. Kościuszki 29, entered into the Business Activity Central Register and Information Record kept by the Minister of Economy, NIP (tax identification number): PL8881002746, Regon (national business registry number): 910044007, hereinafter referred to as AKOM. Grzegorz Wendołowski is also the Personal Information Administrator.
     3.    AKOM acts with utmost care in order to ensure privacy of Users who visit the Website.
§ 1 How do we collect data?
     1.    AKOM collects data on individuals who run economic or professional activity on their own behalf (hereinafter referred to as the Entrepreneurs), and data on individuals who perform legal actions that are not directly related to their activity.
     2.    Users' personal data are collected for the registration of the user in the Website by setting up user accounts and when user make a single purchase without having to set up the account in the Website.
     3.    In case of a registration of an Account in the Website, a user specifies its own login and password to the account in the store and specifies the following information:
     a)    name and surname;
     b)    e-mail;
     c)    address (street, house / flat, zip code, city, province and country);
     d)    phone Number;
     e)    In the case of Entrepreneurs above the data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Tax.
     4.    These data can be independently changed by the user after logging in to the account.
     5.    In the case of a single order in the Website, the scope of data necessary to identify the User is the same. User provide the following information:
     a)    e-mail;
     b)    name and surname;
     c)    address (street, house / flat, zip code, city, province and country);
     d)    phone Number;
     e)    In the case of Entrepreneurs above the data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Tax.
     6.    In case of personal contact with the AKOM (message-mail, phone, chat, etc.), a User provides:
     a)    e-mail;
     b)    name and surname;
     c)    address (street, house / flat, zip code, city, province and country);
     d)    phone Number;
     e)    In the case of Entrepreneurs above the data range is further extended by the company name and its Business Tax.
     7.    During the Website browsing AKOM is collecting additional information (IP address assigned to your computer or external IP address of your ISP's, domain name, browser type, time of access, the type of operating system).
     8.    Moreover, also Navigational Data may be collected from the Users, including information on links and hyperlinks that they decide to click or other activities performed at our Website.
§ 2 How do we use collected data?
     1.    In case of Account registration at the Website, the data of the Users are used for creation of User’s individual account and its management. In case of purchase in the store personal data may be transferred to the courier company, which cooperates with AKOM.
     2.    If a User selects a payment for ordered paid services through przelewy24.pl system, User’s personal data shall be transferred to DialCom24 Sp. z o.o. company seated in Poznan, Poland in the scope necessary for accomplishment of an Agreement.
     3.    Navigational Data may be used to provide better services for Users, perform analyses of statistical data and adjust the Website to Users’ preferences and to administer with the Website.
§ 3 Cookies mechanism, IP address
     1.    The Website uses small files called cookies. They are recorded by AKOM Website on a computer of a visitor to the Website, if a web browser allows so. Cookie file usually contains a name of domain, where it comes from, its expiry time and an individual random number that identifies such file. Information collected by means of such type of files allow to adjust services offered by AKOM to individual preferences and actual needs of visitors at the Website. It gives also an opportunity to work out general statistics of hits into information presented at the Website.
     2.    AKOM uses two types of cookie files:
     a)    Session cookie: recorded information is deleted from memory of a device after an end of a session of a given web browser or after a computer is turned off. Session cookie mechanism does not allow for collection of any personal data and other confidential information from User’s computer.
     b)    Persistent cookie: they are kept on User’s hard disk drive until they are deleted. Persistent cookie mechanism allows for data storage with your consent only (expressed for instance when you select option “remember me” when you log in). In no case such files are recoded permanently.
     3.    AKOM uses its own cookies to:
     a)    authentication in the Website and to ensure the user session in the Website (after logging in), through which the user does not have on every page to retype your login and password;
     b)    analyzes and surveys and audits audience, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how customers use the Website, which allows improvement of their structure and content.
     4.    AKOM uses external cookies to:
     a)    popularise the website throughsocial networking service Facebook.com (administrator of external cookies: Facebook Inc seated in the US or Facebook Ireland seated in Ireland).
     b)    collect general and anonymous statistical data through Google Analytics (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc seated in the US).
     5.    The cookie mechanism is safe for computers of the Website’s Users. In particular this way does not give a possibility for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter your computers. Still, Users have an option in their web browsers to limit or switch off the access of cookie files to their computers. If you use this option, you may still use the Website except functions that due to their nature require cookies.

     7.    AKOM may collect your IP address. IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a website visitor by your ISP. IP number allows you to access the Internet. In most cases, the computer is assigned dynamically, ie it changes every time you connect to the Internet and therefore is widely regarded as a non-personally identifying information. The IP address is used by AKOM in diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating a statistical analysis (eg determining regions from which we note the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and the possible identification of aggravating server unwanted automatic programs for viewing Website content.
     8.    The Website contains links and hyperlinks to other web pages. AKOM shall not be responsible for privacy policies in force therein. Therefore if you go through the Website to a page managed by another administrator, we encourage you to acknowledge the privacy policy adopted there.
§ 4 Access to data
     1.    On authorised employees of AKOM have access to personal information collected by the Website.
     2.    Your information may be also made available to entities authorised to receive it by applicable legal provisions, in particular competent law enforcement agencies and entities listed in clause “How do we use collected data?”.
     3.    AKOM provides the Users who have their accounts with uninterrupted access to their data and a possibility of their modification any time. In order to modify data, a User should log to his/her Account at the Website. A User has a possibility to delete his/her data from a data set in case of a termination of an agreement on rendered electronic services. AKOM may reject to delete data of a User who breached binding Regulation of the Website and maintenance of such data is necessary for explanation of such circumstances and determination of liability, in particular in order to assert claims against given User.
     4.    In case of subscription of the newsletter, you have a possibility to delete your e-mail address from the mailing list through selection of a respective function after you log in to your Account at the Website.
§ 5 Protection devices
     1.    AKOM uses protection devices that ensure protection of personal information against its loss, unauthorised use and modification. AKOM undertakes to protect all your data in compliance with the norms of security protection and confidentiality.
     2.    Personal information in AKOM is protected in compliance with the Act on personal data protection of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2002 no 101 item 926, as amended) in the way preventing from access of third parties.
     3.    If a User who has an account at the Website has lost his/her access password, the Website makes it possible to generate a new password to an account at the Website. But the Website does not send a reminder of a password. User’s password is stored in the database in an encrypted form, so it is not possible to read it. In order to generate a new password, a User has to provide an e-mail address in the form available through “Don’t remember password” link, next to the login form to an Account at the Website. A new password will be sent automatically only to an e-mail address provided at the time of registration or saved during the last modification of a profile.
     4.    AKOM does not send any mails, including e-mails requesting login information, in particular an access code to User’s Account. Such information is not disclosed either through traditional mail, e-mail or by phone.
§ 6 Amendments to the Privacy Policy
     1.    AKOM reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy. On the date of amendment we update the date of the last amendment provided below.
